Dalam penulisan ini Penulis melihat bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetesi pedagogik Guru di SD Unit Pemukiman Trans Jano (UPT) dengan tujuan untuk menjelakan kompetensi pedogogil UPT Jano, metode penelitian terkait masalah yang akan diteliti tentang pedogogik maka digunakan ialah kualitatifteknik pengumpulan data gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi analisi dilakukan secara interatif berlangsun terus menerus sampai tuntas sehingga datanya suda jelas, memiliki meningkatan agar kopetensi biasa meningkat.
